How hard we wish that life be only a bed of roses, everything that happened or happens.. should only occur for something good and vibrant for our life..
It is important to realize the hard truth about our life. The life that we are living in with depends basically on the activities that we indulge in and force ourselves to live in those conditions. Moreover, it is important to realize that everything cannot be the way we desire..

As we know how to live beautifully in good times, it is also important to learn to live in tough times..Sometimes, we get devastated by a single failure in our lives.. be it related to exam failure, broken heart or betrayal. The conditions can get a bit smoother if we think practically in our life. It is required that we refresh our body, mind and soul about what all happened in past and is still affecting our present and may still continue hindering the future.
Hence, we require some easy steps to overcome this stress and trouble that can hinder our cool “happy-go” nature.

Never get conscious about what others have. Remember that God has created everyone with full devotion and sincerity.. and he has gifted everyone with some kind of uniqueness be it- looks, knowledge, personality, humor etc.

So, main point to remember is to RESPECT YOURSELF. No one will care for you if you do not respect yourself.

Also indulge in some good exercise or develop a good hobby such that when you come back from work, you do not fret with “Why God did this to me” attitude. Try to be satisfied. We tend to be restless only because someone earns more than us, owns a bigger car or a big house.. has a prettier girlfriend or a boyfriend.
Thank God for whatever he has done and given to you.

Lastly, love your parents like your friends. If you imagine your parents not as a “teacher” but as a good “friend”, then your negativity will lessen up automatically. We always believe that we are correct and know our betterment more than our parents.

Try thinking selflessly, rather than in a selfish manner. Our parents are our true guide. Friends will be with us, but till certain limit but parents will care for us for the rest of our life.

I hope, these easy ways would have anyways lessened your stress to some level. To end up. I would just like to say that we cannot create our destiny but surely can change it..
