Is Google Not Caching your website

Yes.. I too was facing this typical situation when the website that I was working on was fully optimized and had most of the pages indexed by Google but I do not know why few of the pages returned an error page. I could not actually understand as to why Google had indexed few pages and left few of them. But after few months of observation I realized few important reasons:

Update Your Website Frequently :- If you have a website or a blog that is somewhat "dead" or has low quality content, then it needs to be really worked upon. But if you feel that you site has well designed structure with full content optimization, then you surely need to check your header that states your website's "modified since" status. Sometimes you actually forget to add it..

Good Quality Content :- The content on your website needs to be knowledgeable. If a visitor coming on your website feels that the content on the website has provided valuable information, then only website would be crawled and indexed by Google bots. In case the content present is not up to the mark, crawler will just ignore it and move off.:-((

If you are still maintaining a low profile of your website and no one is interested in your website, then crawler will ignore your website.

If still these tips do not work, then wait for sometime and check your webmaster report.. Caching takes time so we need to wait for the website to get indexed and crawled by Google.!!
